What is your return policy?

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.

 

Am I able to cancel or make changes to my order? 

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Yes, we will send you an e-mail message to the e-mail indicated on your order confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

If there is a delay, you will be notified via email with an update.

 

Do you offer in-store shopping events/private events? 

Yes! Gather your friends, we will supply the shopping, sips, and snacks.

Planning a charity event? Petunia’s is happy to give back 10% to a charity of your choice.

What is your domestic shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Weekends and Holidays are not used in the time calculation. All items are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS via “Standard” or “Ground”.

Please contact us during normal business hours if “Priority’ or ‘Next Day’ shipping is needed, and we will do our best to help.

Shipping and associated costs are subject to review.

In the event there is an issue with shipping your merchandise, we will contact you directly.  Due to COVID and shipping delays across the country, please allow extra time for processing and shipping as these delays affect all companies around the world.  We will do our best to notify you of any delays via the contact information you provided.

Of course you can! You may call us at (609) 994-5917 during our normal business hours and we would be happy to help answer your product questions and place your order. Please do not leave any order requests on our voicemail as they cannot be honored.

 

Can I redeem my e-gift certificate in-store?

At this time, electronic gift certificates may only be used on petuniasbaby.com and are not redeemable in-store.

Online, at petuniasbaby.com, we accept payments through PayPal as well as all major credit/debit cards.

Yes, Petunia’s follows New Jersey sales tax requirements on applicable items.
